What to Do If You Forgot Your SIM PIN
Your SIM PIN protects your SIM card from unauthorized use. If you can’t remember it:
- Check the original SIM card holder that came with your yallo SIM
- Log in to your yallo account to view your SIM details
- Contact yallo customer service if you no longer have access to either
Entering the wrong PIN multiple times will lock your SIM, so avoid guessing.
Where to Find Your SIM PIN & PUK
- SIM PIN: Printed on the original SIM card holder
- PUK (Personal Unblocking Key): In your yallo online account or on the original SIM packaging
The PUK is required to unlock your SIM after too many incorrect PIN attempts.
What If You Know Your PUK but Forgot Your PIN?
When you enter your PUK, your phone will prompt you to set a new SIM PIN. Choose one you’ll remember, or store it securely.
Forgot Your Phone Unlock Code?
- Use device-specific recovery options (Android or iPhone)
- You may need your Google or Apple account to reset access
This is separate from your SIM PIN and does not affect your yallo SIM.
