yallo's the industry champion for 2025

yallo won three awards for its excellent cost/benefit ratio in the 2025 Swiss Industry Monitor from the Swiss Institute for Quality Testing (SIQT):

- 1st place in the Mobile Shops (Branches) category

- Top cost/benefit among mobile providers

- Top cost/benefit among Internet providers

So once again yallo's among the best providers in Switzerland for value for money, winning awards in several different categories.

The awards are based on a broad customer-satisfaction survey of various segments, including mobile providers, Internet providers and telecom shops. yallo was rated especially well in these areas, placing it right at the top again in 2025.

Mobile telephony – bonus.ch survey

Bonus.ch carries out an annual customer satisfaction survey among its users, looking at mobile phone services. More than 2.600 people rated their provider on the basis of the following criteria: provider services, customer service, subscription administration, prepaid administration and value for money. yallo scored 5.1 overall, with 6 being the best score.
