How do I activate the extra 5GB/ 5 hours?
You don’t need to do anything. It will automatically get activated for you.
What happens if I use all 5GB in a month?
Once your 5GB roaming data is used up then your roaming cost control limit will take over. We always recommend that you buy a roaming option to supplement your included roaming or set your cost control higher than CHF0 so that you can continue roaming.
You can easily buy additional roaming options or increase your cost control limit in the roaming cockpit
What happens if I use all 5 hours in a month?
Once your 5h hours roaming calls are used up then your roaming cost control limit will take over. We always recommend to set your cost control higher than CHF0 so that you can continue make and receive calls , otherwise you will not be reachable.

Does unnused data & call minutes roll over?
No, unused roaming data & minutes don't roll over to the next month. Your 5GB/ 5h hours allowance simply resets at the beginning of each month.
What type of roaming calls are included?
In Zone 1: unlimited roaming call minutes in each of those 41 countries - including calls from a zone 1 country to another zone 1 country or to Switzerland.
In Region A: 5h calls in each of those 49 countries - including calls from a Region A country to another region A country or to Switzerland.
Important note: Calls between a Zone 1 country and a Region A country are not included in any roaming call allowance.
Is there any change to international calls?
No change, you can still enjoy unlimited international calls to: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey (only fix), UK, Ukraine . To call countries not in the list above, the standard rate for the specific country will apply.
