Internet subscription update 1 May 2026
To ensure we continue providing a service that meets the needs of today’s highly connected yallo customers, the «Cable S» plan will be phased out. It no longer matches the performance and speed requirements of our modern portfolio.
To offer a better and more futureproof experience, we will reposition our customers to a new rate plan that provides higher speeds and improved performance.
The change will be effective as of 1 May 2026.

What will appear on my bill?
Starting May 1, you will see the new rateplan and price for the first time in your bill.
Do I have to do anything with my Modem or Cable?
No, the change will be implemented automatically.
I have TV as part of my subscription. What happens to it?
Your TV subscription will not be changed and will continue working normally.
Can I object to the migration to a higher speed or cancel my contract?
You have a special termination right according to section 19 of the yallo terms and conditions. You can exercise this right until the end of April 2026. Please note: Cancellations by letter or email are not valid. Cancellations must be made either by phone (0840 00 33 77) or via yallo chat. More information at www.yallo.ch/cancel.
