How do I activate the extra 5GB?
You don’t need to do anything. It will automatically get activated for you.
What happens if I use all 5GB in a month?
Once your 5GB roaming data is used up then your roaming cost control limit will take over. We always recommend that you buy a roaming option to supplement your included roaming or set your cost control higher than CHF0 so that you can continue roaming.
You can easily buy additional roaming options or increase your cost control limit in the roaming cockpit
Does unnused data roll over?
No, unused roaming data doesn’t roll over to the next month. Your 5GB roaming data allowance simply resets at the beginning of each month.
