In some cases, a technician visit is required to check and activate your Home Cable service. If that’s the case, we’ll take care of everything for you.

You don’t need to do anything. We’ll automatically arrange a technician if needed. They will contact you a few days before your preferred activation date to schedule an appointment.

The visit is completely free of charge.

No additional cable connection fee is charged. This is included. For customers who previously paid the cable connection fee separately (e. g. billing of ancillary costs or owner), the fee no longer applies. Please contact your landlord regarding this matter.

Unlimited internet (up to 2.5 Gbit/s) with Home Supermax worth CHF 80.–

Minimum contract duration: 24 months.

Subscriptions with a minimum contract duration can be cancelled no earlier than the end of the first month after this period has expired. Once the minimum contract duration has expired, the subscriptions may be cancelled with a notice period of 2 months at the end of each month.

Activation fee: CHF 99.– (Home Cable Box provided), unless stated differently in current offer above.
