Minimum contract duration: 24 months (unless stated differently in current offer above).
Subscriptions with a minimum contract duration can be cancelled no earlier than the end of the first month after this period has expired. Once the minimum contract duration has expired, the subscriptions may be cancelled with a notice period of 2 months at the end of each month.

The fiber-optic network allows you to surf at speeds of up to 10 Gbit/s, with symmetrical upload and download performance. Typically, you can expect speeds of 4 Gbit/s, provided your devices support these speeds and are connected via a LAN cable.
The yallo fiber network is continuously expanding, driven by our own investments as well as those of our partners, and now covers most of Switzerland. Sometimes it is possible to order Fiber at an address where the installation is still being planned. By doing this, you reserve your service in advance and ensure activation as early as possible once deployment is completed.

To use your internet service, you will need a specific router. We will send it to you approximately 10 days before your activation date.
Switching to fiber optics can take from 10 days to several weeks, depending on the connection at your address. The time will depend on whether a fiber optic cable socket has already been installed in your home.
Please note: If you currently have fiber Internet with a different provider, you will need to cancel that product first to avoid any delay or subsequent issues with your activation.
If you already have a fiber optic socket at home and you provide the fiber number (OTO ID) when ordering, the activation will take about 15 days. If you do not have a fiber optic socket, the activation will take about 3 weeks, because a technician has to install this socket at your home. In exceptional cases it can take up to 6 weeks.
If your building is not yet connected to the fiber network, your availability date will depend on the works to complete the installation. We will inform you as soon as it is ready and guide you through the next steps.
No, you have to cancel the contract with your previous Internet provider yourself. Please note the notice periods here. If you are already surfing on fiber optic technology, we also strongly recommend you to cancel before ordering fiber internet products to avoid a delay in the activation.
