Minimum contract duration: 24 months.

Subscriptions with a minimum contract duration can be cancelled no earlier than the end of the first month after this period has expired. Once the minimum contract duration has expired, the subscriptions may be cancelled with a notice period of 2 months at the end of each month.

Please check the availability of cable internet at your address. To use yallo Home Max Cable +TV you need a cable outlet.

The cable router is shipped approximately 10 working days before the activation date. The earliest activation date is 3 days after ordering. Once received, you can plug in the cable router as instructed and start surfing immediately.

No additional cable connection fee is charged. This is included. For customers who previously paid the cable connection fee separately (e.g. billing of ancillary costs or owner), the fee is omitted and we contact the owner.
