Important information: The map shows outdoor coverage. Building structure, wall thickness, and insulation may reduce network performance in some buildings. Since mobile Internet involves "shared access," the actual speed of the mobile Internet for home use depends on a few factors. The number of devices using the same mobile radio cell plays an important role. A radio cell has only a certain level of capacity. To ensure that the capacity is distributed as fairly as possible, it is distributed among the connected devices. This means that very high load on the radio cell can lead to reduced Internet speed.

No, the Box does not require a technician or a cable connection in the residence or building. Just insert the SIM card into the Box, switch the Box on, enter the WLAN password once, and start surfing. The Home Box is installed and ready for use in 2–3 minutes. More information.

Black yallo Home Box: Thanks to the built-in batteries, you can simply take the yallo Home Box with you. The battery life is approximately two hours. The yallo Home Box reduces the Internet surfing speed in battery mode to 21 Mbps to prevent overheating of the battery. This is a safety feature and cannot be deactivated.

White yallo Home Box: The white box has no battery mode and can, therefore, not be taken along.

First press the reset button which is located next to the SIM card insertion slot. This will reset the yallo Home Box to the factory settings and you can then reconfigure your yallo Home Box (more information).

No, the SIM card simply has to be pressed out of the plastic carrier and inserted into the Box. When doing so, please note the size of the SIM card to be inserted (Nano SIM).
